hey everyone!
i'm starting up a fitness blog, I have another one and this one will be posting the same content but just on another site (original here: http://weightlossbyvariousmethods.wordpress.com/), so I can reach more people and I hope I inspire others to do the challenges i'm setting myself! I've started with some drops called the Secret Diet Drops and i'm currently on day 14 out of day 23and I started the C25K programme last night and am now on day 2 of week 1.
