feeling really dizzy. it started last night when i was stuck awake with acid reflux (BOO!) and didn’t go but i did eventually manage to fall asleep. sadly in the morning had to take a few pills, due to really bad sinuses (always effected when the climate changes )
in the morning i was determined to stick to the 500 cal diet.
i consumed 177 cal for breakfast and had 500ml of water alongside it, then an apple as a snack between breakfast and lunch, and well things completely went down hill at 11.
i had a friend call me up in tears because she’d falled her driving test, we ended up having a girlie day (ice cream included ), and ended up getting her, her tattoo done. it was a ridiculously bad start to the 500 cal diet. really do not think this diet is for me. but i’m going to see it to the end, only 10 more days left!!
it was weighing day today, and i’m now 13st 11oz, so i’ve lost 3lb in about a week and considering i haven’t followed the diet, pretty pleased with that loss regardless.
to top today off i’m now losing my voice, it hurts to talk and when i do it comes out as a croak. so not a good day!
going to start the c25k in the next couple days as it was my back up looking forward to it. starting to miss exercising.
