not too much to report today. feeling really sick latelt.
it was very bad last night, didn’t sleep until 2 i felt so rough. and
i was planning to do the c25k last night but doing it tonight instead
as starting to feel better slowly.
today it hit 20c, it hasn’t been this hot in england in about a year.
so i’m probably just reacting badly to the climate changing.
SDD diet is going well. mostly lost my appetite so hopefully this
week will bump up my total weight-loss of 3lbs haha. only 53 more lbs to
go :p
i found this little gem awhile ago, i may start it in a couple of
weeks, it will be interesting to see if it works. although thankfully i
will not be posting pictures of my derriere all over the internet
i also bought a pedometer today so i can keep track of how many
calories are burnt throughout the weeks of the c25k. really getting into
fitness lately. i hope i don’t lose this drive!
