today was another fat day, and its getting me down that i haven’t lost much even though i’ve already done 12 days, but i haven’t been following the 500 cal diet a day on the facebook group, relying instead on my own normally healthy diet. so from tomorrow, i will be sticking to the 500 cal a day diet. not looking forward to it but looking forward to the weight loss.
i am also going to start the couch to 5k programme that is available for downloads on smart phones in a couple of days. hoping that that will help to boost my weightloss. more details on the C25K programme can be found on an upcoming page on this blog.
today there wasn’t any hunger but i did see a friend i haven’t seen in awhile and went to lunch with them, it was big, but in my defence filled with fruit etc. but tomorrow is the start of my new intense SDD diet. gulp.
