after i posted last night i decided to do the c25k programme last night, and i completed the whole way through .
i really enjoyed it, had to run and walk around my living room though, as daughter was in bed and didn’t want to unsettle her to take her on a run with me. only a light sweat compared some workouts i’ve done previously. and didn’t stop once, although some of the walking did end up walking round the room, picking up my daughters stuff etc.
in the morning i felt brilliant, no aches or pains at all. really looking forward to doing th day 2!
something i didn’t realise about the app but it saves the day you completed on the day, and then calculates your rest days and when you are next due to run, how smart! can’t wait to use it again.
i’m still taking my drops, recovered from the dissiness but still quite ill, looking forward to the end now, getting bored of the drops, only 9 more days to go , and haven’t missed a single one.
itching to start another new diet or exercise programme
